The Landowners Association (LOA) maintains, manages, and preserves the common areas and shared facilities of the Kincora development. The LOA also promotes the welfare of association members, schedules wide events and services, protects and enforces community compliance of LOA covenants, and acts as a central hub for important information, announcements, and updates to the Kincora community.

The Kincora Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) consists of members appointed by the Declarant during the Declarant Control Period, and thereafter, by the Board of Directors of the Kincora Master Land Owners Association. The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for ensuring Kincora is developed in a standard consistent with the Governing Documents and the Applicable Design Criteria which includes the Proffers. As set forth in Article 4 of the Declaration, no Development Activity shall occur without the prior written approval of the ARC in accordance with these protocols.
